Fuel pump question?

Fuel pump question?

I am searching for a Lucas fuel pump part number: R8 448B371C.
My vehicle is a DW8 2002 engine.
A scrapl yard has a 2004 engine part number: R8448B391C. Does anyone know if this is comparable?

Looks like it maybe a tad different compared to to part numbers , and a guess they may well be timmed different ?

Pop your VIN up here so I can see the actual PSA part number, those engine numbers are not going to cut it.
