My Peugeot 407 won't start

Pls my Peugeot 407 won't start I use the diagnose pp200 to scare it I fund a fault permanent fault engine speed sensor no signal I change it and diagnose it no fault found there is spark plugs are OK the injections era OK but yet the car did not start my Peugeot 407 petrol engine 3.0 2004 model pls I need help
