When pressing on connected apps on the media system, what apps do you have?

Connected apps is a discontinued service from PSA. It used to provide traffic news, fuel station information etc and was supposed to be PSA's own answer to Apple Carplay and Android Auto. It didn't take off and the service was discontinued as of November 2016. The icon hasn't been removed from the infotainment because it is still available in some countries.
