ETG6 Clutch covered by car warranty

Guys, what're the chances a replacement clutch in the ETG6 would be covered by my used Picasso warranty? T&C's say so... But wouldn't they say a clutch is wear and tear? Thanks

Clutches are wear & tear items - unless you have a warranty that explicitly covers these items within whatever stated period. Can you quote the T&C part or link to the policy document - most of these are on line?

An example - when I bought one of my XMs years ago, I took out a warranty for the vehicle from the seller and did mention the automatic gearbox - so did cover this - just as well as the gearbox ground to a halt withing 3 months and had to be completely rebuilt - the warranty covered £1000 towards it - which was most of the cost back then. So really depends on the type of warranty.
