Does anyone know of any decent but inexpensive scan tools that allows you to programme cars? I found a Foxwell NT650 for £80 but apparently despite being a good tool it doesn't support programming.
I'm sure I read somewhere that the Lexia clones can't programme either which is a shame as I bought one a few years back!

Re: Decent diagnostic tool with programming
What are you wanting to do exactly - programme what? Diagbox (which will be used for you DS3) is the software used by the Actia clone of the dealer unit. It is capable of doing most things the dealer unit can. Your issue is not so much what the Actia can do, but what functions you require. Once we know that, I can better answer your question.
