Anyone else's Citroen Service not working? I keep getting an error message when I log in saying that my country is not configured, please contact the administrator.

Ctrl + F5

After a refresh it worked. They have added some extra headings in the drop down.

That's exactly what it was, I haver started using a VPN recently, as soon as I turned it off it went straight in no problem.
The strange thing is I have it connected to a UK server??

Servicebox can be very fussy about user IP address and country where it is being used.
A mis-match between the user's country (as declared when Registered) and, eg, the one appearing in Google, can cause the system to baulk or refuse entry. When this happened to me (Google had me in Ukraine!) it needed a message to Cit. to get access again.

UK based VPN exit nodes are probably specifically blacklisted precisely because people in other countries would use them to get around the regional blocks...

The VPN that wouldn't get me in was a good paid for version. Just tried again with a cheaper paid VPN and I'm in. The reason I use a UK account is that you just need to state 'independant', whereas a French account asked for a SIRET No. I don't know if you could open an account without one, so didn't try. I have a SIRET but it's not connected to the motor trade, If they check, they know.
