From the BBC site, where they have copies of all the docs:
"Duty rates for sulphur-free fuels will therefore be raised in line with
inflation (equivalent to 1.42 pence per litre) from 1 September 2004, with the duty for ultralow
sulphur fuels set at 0.5 pence per litre above this level from the same date.
Budget 2004 confirms that the differential for LPG will be reduced by 1 penny per litre in
2004-05, and by a further 1 penny per litre in both 2005-06 and 2006-07."
Don't forget that those prices are plus VAT (since when did TAX count as a luxury????) so sulphur free fuels up by 1.67p / l and ultra low sulphur up by 2.26p / l (most fuels will still contain sulphur I think, so expect the higher rate!). Means LPG will go up by 2.67p as well.
