Unread post by tomjyoutwit »

Morning all, where would I find the CPF for my vehicle to sign into my Citroen for a DS3 please.

I’ll post the VIN below if that helps anyone.

Thanks in advance

What's a CPF?

Not 100% sure myself but the app is asking for it!

Can’t help you with that but by most accounts and reviews it’s not worth the bother.

I suspect it might be some personal reference number, but as it seems a mandatory field, I would check you are actually using the correct app and not one of their other apps.

Probably this but don't ask me what it all means:

I was under the impression that I could get my fuel data on there as I have an e-touch?

It's not as clever as you think to be honest. What features you get depends on the system in the car. But it uses GPS and Bluetooth - although lots of owners have synchronisation and connectivity issues, loss of all their data periodically and other problems. If you are determined to use it though, I would look at their website for help and make sure that you actually have the latest version of the App, as it gets updated regularly:

https://www.citroen.co.uk/owner-service ... plications

There's not a lot of help there to be honest, and to use the 'Driving' function - which is what you want for mileage and fuel economy, you need Bluetooth - which you probably have. Individual support links are contained on the APP download pages depending on whether it is IOS for Apple products or for Android devices.
