Classic suspension problem with a hint of extra newbie

Hey all, I'm Mick and I've been a lurker here on and off. Got some great advice from reading the forum.

I have a 2004 1.6 diesel which I love, but has recently decided to indulge in the "suspension faulty. Max speed 55mph" sketch.
I've read and absorbed the possible fuse, relay and pump issues and am attempting to follow the steps to fix the problem.

The noobie problem I have is....... I can't get the dratted fuse box out to examine the fuse on the underside. Have undone the bolt and taken the earth wires off, but can't get the box to budge.

What am I doing wrong?

First thing you need to do is put the models of your cars in your profile as others won't have a clue what vehicle you are referring to. Next, put your VIN number up here (will be masked automatically) so that I know what vehicle specifically we are dealing with please.

Ok, when you do that, please quote any messages displayed. With a suspension fault it can be many things, so if you can get the fault codes read that will help pin it down.
