Hello
I'm wondering the exact procedure to program 2(virgin) keys with lexia/diagbox, I have no spare/originals. A remote and non remote key. I have security code.
Do I plug in lexia obd2cable(which will be connected to laptop) first then put the non remote key in ignition. I then navigate to the key programming section in diagbox and select 2 keys to be programmed?
What do I do now and is it the same procedure to program the remote key?
Thanks for any help.

Re: How to program 2 keys?
There are 2 parts for the procedure - programming and synchronising.
If these are new fobs or keys they all must be done together and in the same session.
No - do not insert the keys in the ignition first as that will cause the transponder coil to try and recognise the transponder chips.
Make sure you have the correct code (there is a key blade code and a confidential customer code) - it is the one that would normally be on the credit card sized grey card that came with the car - or obtainable from the dealer - usually a 4 alphanumeric code.
Connect up your Lexia, and go into the Repair menu and look for the key programming option - then follow the instructions - it is guided.

I did think about the transponders trying to recognise/sync, but I have to put the key in at one point so will they not sync then or will diagbox prevent this?

Diagbox / Lexia will tell you when to put they key in - it's all guided as I said.
