Can any one tell me what number 10 in this parts diagram is please .

It looks like a heating element that warms up the crankcase fumes in cold weather to stop the water vapour from condensing before it gets to the turbo.

It's officially called a Housing Gas Resuction pipe, variants for engines with and without heater gas circuits.
It would be easier if we try this the other way round. If it's for a car you own, then pop up the VIN so we can obtain the correct part number - there are lots of these for different models and engines.
