I noticed when changing to winter wheels that the bump stop in the rear left is missing, could this be the cause to this?

Hey, my C5 -10 is rattling from the rear end whern going on bumpy roads/bumps on normal road.
I noticed when changing to winter wheels that the bump stop in the rear left is missing, could this be the cause to this?
