I am looking for some advice with a new fault that my 2012 Citroen C5 MK3 1.6 THP petrol engine has developed recently. When travelling at a constant speed eg 40mph, 50mph etc. the engine seem to slightly hesitate/misfire. If travelling at 50mph in 6th gear and I accelerate to overtake it also jerks/hesitates as the speed goes up. The engine ticks over fine at idle and does not seem to show problems if you accelerate quicky up through the gears. No fault lights have come on yet! and the car has done 34k.
About five months ago I had to replace one coil as a fault code appeared telling me there was a problem on number 2 cylinder. I also replaced the spark plugs at the same time.
Could this problem be the start of another coil starting to breakdown or could it be something else?
I have read this engine is very prone on inlet valves getting coked up and walnut blasting is the answer.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

It could be that a coil is failing, mine had a hesitation on acceleration for a few km before getting the warning for a coil failure. It could also be something amiss in the boost control system causing a bit of instability under some conditions. I think you will have to wait to see what happens next...
