Unread post by admiral51 »

I am pretty sure this will get moved to a different section of the forum but ....................

I am on the scrounge for someone in the Stockport/Greater Manchester area to look at a car i am thinking of making a bid on, but it is a 5 hour trip for me each way so beer tokens available if anyone is free :)

***** Edit it is a Citroen ******

PM me for details.

Admins i hope you are all on holiday so it stays here for a while lol

Hmm... no such luck there's never a holiday with the FCF...

Tempted to move it to the 'Wanted' section, but I'll leave it here for a while Colin :-D

Well all i can say is a very very big thank you to quintet =D> =D> =D>
This forum is a wonderful place to be involved in, and for anyone to take the time over a weekend to take a look at a car they have no intention of buying to help out another member of the FCF family what else can i say. :P
@Marc thank you for leaving it in the wrong section for a few extra days, guess i am all out of favours now :rofl2:

Stalled a bit, looking for another C5 X7 and very little around my area, the thing i can confirm is that the C4 will be sacrificed and not the Xantia, still thinking about another Xantia but SWMBO still needs some convincing lol

Yep - think with your head on this one, not the heart... parts are getting scarcer for Xantias.

Yes i agree but the good lady is torn between driving the boys C5 X7 and the Xantia, the C4 has been relegated to sacrificial lamb lol

Well this thread is turning out quite surreal as i recently thought of parting company with my xantia (which is still leaking oil) in favour of a saxo or a c4 but as many i was/would be quite specific in what i wanted.
