Help with part number for fried heater connector
Hi we have the dreaded heater failure. Hopefully the problem is the white and blue connector which seems to have overheated and burnt. Anyone know of cheap replacement or part number.

Re: Help with part number for fried heater connector
The wiring and plugs are part of the loom, but there is an accessory database of plugs, that I’m looking at now for you. I have located a 3 pin electrical plug, so can you confirm if that is a three pin, two pin or three pin plug that is only utilising 2 wires?

Re: Help with part number for fried heater connector
Quite possible that that connector is operating at the limits of its current rating.
Heater fan motors can draw substantial current at high/max speed, often up to 25A.
Personally, I would just replace that connector with a snug-fitting two-way (screw down) connector, or soldered-on 0.25" blade connectors, properly insulated.

6542FZ is the part number for this 2 pin plug, it’s the only one I can see. £3.31 from Citroen,
