Where is a Xantia cd cable
I've read that the cd multi changer cable is fitted already in some Xantias, does anyone know where it comes out in the boot?, my cars a '94 Xantia VSX with a '4030RDS' head unit which was available with a cd changer option, also does anyone know who actually made the thing (is it a Clarion?) and which (budget!) cd changers fit?
Hi,
THe Citroen connector is under the driver's seat - problem is it is a non-standard connector (as always)and the plug is not available from anywhere.
Radio is made by Blaupunkt - some ID should be on the labels on the case. A CD changer is available from various places ( try addacdchanger.co.uk or Bluespot.co.uk) with a lead which runs from the chaner and plugs into the loom behind the head unit giving you full CD control from there.
