Connected apps

I have a DS 7 crossback, I have seen on there connected apps.when you select it it starts downloading apps however nothing happens! Can anyone enlighten me please?? Also the mirror link is temperamental. I have connected the car to WiFi so don't have a clue. Anyone??

Most of this stuff is covered in the owners manual - but there are well known issues with the system as it relies on both a decent phone, running an appropriate version of the operating software and a lot of pot luck. I would get it back to your dealer and get them to sort it for you - it's under warranty and too new with too many bugs for us to deal with here to be honest.
