Error code - P2562 - 2013 C4 Picasso MK2 1.6 HDI VTR

Hi. I wondered if anyone could shed any light on an error code we currently have. It has been intermittent, on for a day, off for a week. Has now been on for 2 days now.

checking with a basic ODB reader, I get P2562. Having a quick google, seems to be related to the turbo, and possibly the actuator?

Has anyone had similar, or replaced the turbo actuator, anything else i can visually check?
