Looks good!
The later ones (M or N onwards) and all the 16V models seem to have a much better quality paint than the earlier ones (such as my 1994 model).
Or maybe mine just needs a really good polish? [:I]
Seriously though, on all the pics of 16Vs that I see, the paint colour and strength looks totally different to the standard cars.

Anders DK has answered many many posts I have made about the car (problems). It seems to be running sweet as a nut though, at the moment. fingers crossed.

Nice condition!
Doesn't seem to have suffered the usual problems of paint fade usually found on red solid colours due - I believe - to reaction to the cadmium pigment, ultra violet in sunlight and low level ozone in the atmosphere.
What polish do you use?

Funny thing is even though the old ZX sems a tired old shape on the whole, if I get the polish out and give my old L reg a good clean it comes up looking really good. Even the nieghtbour (new car every 12 momths) said it looked good "for an oldie".I use that back to colour with the T cut in and it seems to do the job. Bit of WD40 on the bumpers looks sweet.

Yeah it gets the works in the summer, autoglym polish, black to black on the bumpers and trim, tyre paint etc comes up sparkling. Although in the picture it looks okay it aint at its best.
