C4 Picasso exclusive 2011 - glove boxes warped

I recently bought this car here in France. The car stands outside, in the Sun. Well, it did, but now it sits in next-door-neighbours front garden, in the shade of his trees. That's in an attempt to stop the warping of the two glove box lids in the top of the dashboard. The inside front corner on each glove box has warped upwards.
These cars are shipped to hotter places, so I assume this is not a problem just to me? When I bought the car it was fine, but since then we have had 40degrees+ for hours every day (just a few days' relief).
I don't think I will be able to glue it back (even with leaving a weight on it 'till glue has properly gone off) and there is no access (windscreen in the way). I did look into taking off the lid; there is a plastic cover inside, which hides 4 bolts. I undid these, but still could not get the lid out. Any help, please?

Pop the VIN up for me for the Picasso unless you’ve already supplied it to me before (I’m out at present) and I’ll check back later to see what I have.

Lid (1) part 8218LA - £359.66
Lid (2) part 8218LC - £359.66

Both inc. VAT of course!

So at least you can try and source these on the breaker / spares circuit now with the part numbers

Thanks Marc for your work. Even at 1/10 of that price I would call them expensive!
I have now done a deal with main dealer, chopping in all 3 cars (C3,C4, C5- perfect right-angle!) and getting new C5 Aircross.
