Inserting Photo Images

Hi,
I have a photo (JPG),that I wish to add to an article to be added in the "Hints and Tips" section.
Can someone please explain how to do this please.

You need to upload the image to some webspace the then use the 'insert image' html tags provided by a button in the reply to topic screen the inside the img tags insert the internet address of the image;
for example
[ img]http://homepage.ntlworld.com/darren.dale/Image1.jpg[/img ]'
Take away the extra spaces in the img tags
