xantia turcoCT leakage

my xantia is 97's turboCT with hydractive,the metal pipe from pump to
pressure regulator is a high pressure pipe ,it often leakage either on pump side or pressure regulator side,i had changed the pipe ,but the leakage still the same,can anybody give me a hand how to do?
sorry for my bad english,and any help are appreciates

Each end of the pipe has a rubber seal. These should be changed first and when the pipe is fitted, be sure that it fits properly before tightening the nut up. Do not tighten the nut up too tight, the seal does the work. Good luck

there is no rubber seal on pump side,i had changed the rubber seal on pressure regulator side before change the pipe,and it fits well.i didn't tight the nut too tight,too.
