C5 1.6HDI facelift throttle body

Hi all the car seems to have developed a rattle in the throttle body. Is this a common thing and is it an issue? 108k miles

Also what are known knocks/rattles that can be heard from the left side of the engine bay as you look at it, I'm trying to narrow down the locations to look, there's no under tray on it and I've had a crawl about underneath to no avail, it only does it as the car comes off tick over and goes away as the revs build plus it's only got going today but it's getting steadily louder. These are separate and distinct issues.
