Problem starting Citroen Jumpy

Hi guys, i have a very strange problem with my Citroen Jumpy 1.6 hdi. It doesn't crank and doesn't starts. On diagnistics is showing some code 015 problem comunicating with the ecu. However last night I tried to start it and surprisingly it started and it worked for a while. However this morning it doesnt want to crank again... Checked fuses. Do you know what could be the problem?

If it won't crank I would check the starter before anything else, particularly the solenoid.

But it doesnt start even with pulling..
