Wrong headlights ? 2001 Berlingo
Bought a pair of headlights off eBay. Couldn’t confirm part number without taking all the front off, but they looked right and they fit, until I shut the bonnet !
So what the hell are they off ? I thought berlingo sup to 2002 were all the same

Why didn’t you ask here first?
You only had to supply your VIN and we could of told you the right part number and saved you all the hassle you now have in returning these and getting the right ones.

Are they possibly off a mk1 peugeot partner? Something makes me think the mk1 partner was a bit sleeker at the front end than the Berlingo equivalent

Saw an early partner today and that looks correct for the lights. You may need a partner bonnet

Ok ok, but like I said they looked right and someone else told me it was right Valeo part number for mk1.
It’s not the end of the world I’ve already contacted the seller n told him details are incorrect and not berlingo !
I only really need a n/s unit as the o/s is still good. I also need an indicator unit to go with it as found it was held in with mastic and the clip was broken off. Ah well, another delay and another item back on the list of jobs to do. I’m in no mad rush really cos NuVenture never had V5 changed to Motorhome. It’s registered as van with side windows which is 50% more expensive to insure. I’ve applied for new V5 asking for changes to be made but dvla take weeks to do anything. Still got bits n pieces to carry on with then you can all look forwards to another Motorhome causing congestion on the roads
