Whilst diagnosing another problem a few weeks back I noticed my radiator fan kicked in at 90C.
However, now it's not kicking in till 110C and when it does it shuts off once it reaches 90C. I checked the wiring and everything appears ok. Having looked at the wiring diagram it would seem there might be dual relays contained in one black box attached to the radiator.
Would I be right in thinking that these relays kick on at different temperatures and if so would it indicate the lower temp relay is defective?
I don't have air con on my car.
