Citroen C5 Front Bumper Slightly dislocatedn on the right hand side

Good Morning

This morning I noticied that my citroen c5 mk1 bumper is slightly dislocated that you just noticied when you pay really attention to it. My proble is that left a small gap between the bumper and the optical headlamp len, my question is if that gap will allow water to affect the eletrical parts of the car on the long term and i should fix that soon or if can i leave it?

Mine is much worse than that.
There is nothing of an electrical nature in the vicinity.

I haven't had a problem with it in six years, was like it when I bought the car.

I have a new question regarding the Citroen C5 Bumper




What is the function of the part I highlighted in the picture? Is it protect any other part os the car?
I ask this because this part in my car is broken (those three holes are broken and the screws came out).
