Bullet connectors

Unread post by doctle »

The airbag plug and socket is missing under my 207 drivers seat. They are currently badly taped and I get an occasional airbag warning light. I could solder them but that's very permanent. I quite like bullet connectors would they be suitable? I like to take the front seats out occasionally to clean the sides and rails. Any suggestions welcome, Thanks

Molex connector was my first thought before looking at the link.
Less chance of mixing up the wiring and while I have had no personal problems with bulled connectors they do seem to enjoy a lot of criticism.

If your asking because you already have them, you can reverse the male / female , and use different diameters to avoid re-connection confusion.

If you only needed 2-way connectors then XT30 or XT60 connectors are very good as the contact areas are a bit more robust. The 3-way version is the MR30.
