Do you ever feel like complaining but don't know where to start. I have found a great website that helps you find the right people to complain to within a company and keeps a log of all the contact between you and the company. The website is https://www.resolver.co.uk and its from moneysavirngexpert.com. I have used it twice to complain to BeWiser and BT. It keeps a date of everything and also lets you know when you can escalate your complaint and who to escalate it to. With BeWiser it directed me to the ombudsman and with BT it directed me to Nick Lane , Managing Director, Customer Sales & Service Operations. It also give you the options of several templates to use in your emails and issues you with an email for the companies to reply to, thus keeping all your correspondence in one place on their servers.
Give it a go.
Gary.

Re: Got a complaint to make use resolver
Interesting - I wonder if they have the answer to ebay's impenetrable defences/total disinterest in providing anything remotely resembling customer service?

I cant say how ebay will reply, but resolver has their details and directs your emails to the relevant dept.

I've got a shrewd idea: they won't - I think it's company policy.
