Need some advice on my Citroen DS 23 pallas

My engine number 0673 009 374

Currently using Weber 28/36 DLEA1

Can I used Weber 28/36 DLEA2

I have run these models (on and off) in various guises since the '70s (but not at present). As this is a Pallas, I would think it would be most likely to have the semi-auto g/box and this has a hydraulically operated lever on the carb which closes down the throttle when changing gear. There were various carbs used during the production run with variations on jet sizes and so on but if the two carbs are apparently identical the only way really will be to 'suck it and see.' I don't think you are likely to find any info in the old manuals giving this sort of detail, but there are some very knowledgeable people in the CCC who may be able to advise.
