Hello everyone. I'm new to the forum so I decided to make a special theme for my car because I have some problems and it will be easier for me to keep track of your answers or your help. How the title says i'm driveing citoren C5 2.2 hdi from 2004 (phase I). The car has 182,000 kilometers and so far I have not had any "hard" problems. At my car I did the following:
1. front brake jaws
2. a double flywheel and a clutch
3. oil for getribu
4. stabilizer joints
5. alternator (generator, dynamo)
6. starter (we call that alnaser)
7. intercooler (air cooler)
8. front and rear discs and disk pads and rear brake jaws
9. large + small service (set of pulleys, pump water, strap, strap harness, strap thread, strap harness, alternator strap, antifreeze, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, oil filter)
10. front and rear selenium + balls
11. inner latch
12. Vacuum Suction Blow - "Swirling"
The DPF is unloaded from the car but I suspect it has been extinguished in the folder as egr (egr off + egr lock), the car normally drives, pulls but sometimes releases the antipolution error, loses power for a second or two, and goes on normal. This is error which i get:
1. Temporary fault, Turbo pressure signal. Short circuit to positive or open circuit or value too high
ECU fault code: P0235
Engine speed: 2442 rpm
Inlet air flow: 1441 mg/stroke
Turbo pressure: 2518 bar
Actual flow: 71 mm3/stroke
Air temperature: 10 °C
2. Permanent fault, Pre-post heating relay circuit. Short circuit to positive
ECU fault code: P0380
Engine speed: 900 rpm
Coolant temperature: 10 °C
Air temperature: 9 °C
battery voltage: 14.1 Volt(s)
Actual flow: 15 mm3/stroke
Can you tell me where to start looking for a bug solution? Most likely I'll start with the vacuum hose. Someone told me when the DPF emerged that it was too big a hole and that these problems were created. The solution is to bend the smaller diameter pipe inside the DPF.
For now, I want to solve these problems and then I have questions about other things related to the installation of android radios, front and rear parking cameras, parking sensors ....

Hi Toma
You've done quite a lot on your car, but from what I can tell from your description is that the DPF and EGR have been removed or disabled? We would encourage you to replace / repair these items as these are legal requirements in the EU for public road using vehicles and the Forum won't discus solutions on how to defeat these devices or any work around if they have been removed or disabled . Please have a look at (A) 7 of the Forum Policy here:
FCF AUP Policy
You will have to expect such errors from the ECU if these items are not functioning correctly or have been removed, as these can cause associated faults codes. So there is little point in troubleshooting these codes if the DPF and or EGR system is not there or disabled.

I read that, but as far as this point is concerned, according to the law in Croatia, the cars with the norm of Euro 5 and above must have dpf and egr. I did not remove DPF, but it was made by the previous owner. This happens when you live in a corrupted state;)
I will solve this by putting the new DPF back, but in the meantime I will question how to make some things about car radios, parking systems and so on

Re: Citoren C5 2.2 HDI - 2004 phase I
Of course, this is one of the biggest issues here in the UK on the second hand market, where unscrupulous firms encouraged people to remove DPFs, rather than cleaning or replacing them, without making it clear they would be breaking the law. But all those cars who had this done will end up with somebody down the line and give the new owners all the problems.
The law here makes it illegal to remove emissions equipment from vehicles originally fitted with it, (regardless of Euro standard) and doing so means the vehicle no longer meets the type approval category it was awarded at new, and this will invalidate insurance etc.
We look forward to your other questions. Anything specifically Audio related, look in the telematics sections for answers and post any questions there.

yes i know
we talk about it, no worries
we talked about when it comes to us (law like urs-do not remove dpf .... ), how the DPF filters will be back, but our genius experts have managed to figure out how to solve it, because we are still a tomb of German diesel vehicles, it was supposed to be delivered somewhere and Croatian Bosnian Serbs are idle about it . .
