Flashing indicators
Do flashing indicators indicate security problem only or do they serve as a warning for other malaises. I the latter, where do I find a wiring diagram for turbo electronic functions (if any)

Re: Flashing indicators
What’s the issue?
Indicators can flash if you have locked the car with the fob (armed the alarm), then unlocked with the key which triggers the alarm siren and causes the indicators to flash rapidly.

Re: Flashing indicators
Well there's something else with my C4 HDI turbo which gives rise to this electronic phenomenon. It even self locks after about 8 seconds after I get out of the car. Now that is pretty special and was not mentioned in the original marketing brochures!

Re: Flashing indicators
Then there is a malfunction - they car will only lock itself if, after pressing the unlock button on the fob, none of the doors or tailgate are opened within 30 seconds.
The car should never lock itself when exiting the vehicle unless the fob buttons are used. If this is happening, you have a problem and need to get it on Lexia to do some troubleshooting.

Re: Flashing indicators
Is the central display showing all the doors opening & closing correctly?

Re: Flashing indicators
yes to Q.central display.
Lexia shows nothing related to locking, only open circuit for turbo and air-conditioning.
The car locks itself as you say when I unlock with the fob and don't open the car door, so that seems OK Marc. Doesn't happen with either C5 (don't recall anyway-I will now try)
