C4 B7 ABS, ESP and Hill Assist faulty

Hello,

the other day Service light lit up and "ABS, ESP and Hill Assist faulty" message showed up on the display.
It happened on the startup and was gone after I've restarted the car.
Faults are these and they were all noted at the same time:
P0565
P0575
U1308

Could it be because of the dead-ish battery(12.3V when the car is off)?

Here are the fault code descriptions - As you don't have an Electronic Parking Brake, I would ignore the Hill Start functions - but all symptomatic of the ABS / ESP - if the speed info is incorrect or the data is faulty - which automatically cuts out cruise control and speed limiter functions - so that's the reason for these 2 faults. Ignore those and focus on the others. It may go away on its own if conditions are correct.

Description of the diagnostics	Environmental conditions for activation of the vehicle speed limiter not met
Conditions of activation of the diagnostics	The following conditions have to be met - Engine management ECU in main triggering phase - Speed limiter active
Conditions of disappearance of the fault	The vehicle speed limiter must be deactivated then reactivated
Down-grade modes if fault present	Vehicle speed limiter inactive
Switching on of the warning lamp and/or warning message	-
Main customer complaints likely	Activation of the vehicle speed limitation impossible
Suspect areas	Built-in systems interface CAN network ABS/ESP ECU Throttle housing Foot throttle pedal Clutch sensor Automatic transmission control unit Piloted manual gearbox ECU

Fault code	U1308
After sales description of the fault code	No communication with the engine management ECU fault: No signal
Description of the diagnostics	Possibility 1 - The time for recording the fault code is 500 milliseconds - Data from the engine management ECU absent Possibility 2 - The time for recording the fault code is 500 milliseconds - Incoherent data coming from the engine management ECU
Conditions of activation of the diagnostics	Ignition switched on
Conditions of disappearance of the fault	Possibility 1 Data transmitted by the engine management ECU Possibility 2 Coherent data from the engine management ECU
Down-grade modes if fault present	Possibility 1 - The anti-lock braking system (ABS) function switches to down-grade mode - Immediate cutting out of all of the stability control ESP regulation functions - Hill start assistance function inactive - Switching of the electric parking brake to manual mode Possibility 2 - The regulation functions remain active - Hill start assistance function inactive - Switching of the electric parking brake to manual mode
