This Diagnostics board is quite hard to find. it does not appear to be listed in the sub-boards for FCDF, appears only way to find it is to go to Citroen and then right at the bottom of page click "Jump to" and select it.
*There is a sticky at top of a few forums such as Citroen board called "Diagnostic Equipment Advice"
I suggest that sticky is edited to include a link to this Diagnostics board.

Actually, the Diagnostics sub-forum it is on the main board as you can see - the bottom listing on this screen snip:
So I'm not sure where you are going to get there - I don't think we can make it plainer than that!
The Diagnostics sub-forum is not contained within any of the marques, as there are issues that are common to all - but especially within PSA vehicles.
To get to the main board, just click on the main FCF logo banner at the top of the page
