Hi, and welcome to the group!
I seem to recall a very helpful "in depth" posting on this a couple of weeks ago.
There is certainly something in the archive about this.
Try
http://www.andyspares.com/discussionfor ... =glow+plug
Or a general search under "glow plug"

First give a really good soaking with plus gas or simalar. Then with the aid of a magnet see if you can get the nut of the end of the plug. Now soak agian and have a cup of coffee. I found that a cranked ring spanner (12mm) was the rite tool for the job. Took me about 20 mins to remove plug in same position on my ZX TD. With the cranked ring spanner I didn't have to remove any other bits. Once loosened you can undo but only very slowly. No trouble if you remain calm. See "No guts no glory, Glow plugs that is" post for info. [:)]
