Good old Lexia

Unread post by renagade »

Well here we go again.
What version of Lexia/PP2000 do I need for a

Citroen 2011 C5 X7 1.6 e hdi stop start with the egs6 gearbox. I do believe that my random clutch slip may be due to needing adjustment via the Lexia.

Neither!

You use Diagbox for this year. V7.58 will be fine.

I'm not sure there is anything to do in Diagbox - it should all be self adjusting.

There's a procedure somewhere for adjusting the clutch biting point on an EGS - however, I think it's possible just be doing a series of swift take offs in a row as well....

Yes, that was my recollection too - I'll have another check.

As far as I can see it only requires the following operations if the Hydraulic Clutch Stop has been replaced:
  • Pressurise and bleed the hydraulic circuit
  • The initialisation of the clutch engaging point
  • The initialisation of the gearbox grid
  • Programming of the engine torque value transmitted to the clutch
