Citroen parts

Hi, does anyone know who makes Citroen parts or if National are genuine parts?

The PSA group use a lot of different manufacturers to use the correct term - it depends on what the component is - there is no single manufacturer for everything.

'National' are not a parts manufacturer, they are just a distributer of other manufacturers parts and no, I doubt if Citroen use them at all.

Valeo, Siemens / Continental, LUK, Bosch, and other specialist manufacturers are some - but it really depends on the part you are referring to. There are manufacturers that make service items like air and fuel filters and the like for most of the auto industry and badge these for the manufacturer as OEM parts.
