Mornig all!
Got a bit of an odd thing happening with the 307cc. Its the 2008 2ltr petrol & on the whole, a damned good car!
Anyway, recently its been a pain to start first thing. Seems to fire just enough to run for a second or two then cuts out. Bit like when we had a choke in cars, if you didnt pull it out it would take ages to start. Was due for a cam belt so got that done & changed the spark plugs as they havent been done for a while. Still not starting. Put 2 different diagnostic machines on it & both show no faults. It did show a throttle body fault so did a relearn & that isnt showing any faults now.
Any ideas? Got me stumped!
How odd.....

Fuel filter? Fuel pump in tank (and its filter) delivering? Vacuum in tank (take the cap off)?

Did think of that Chris, Car starts great when up to temperature. Just the cold start is a pain.... For what it it costs, a new filter is definitely worth fitting.

I'd check the coolant sensor.

Makes sense, wouldn't that show up on the diagnostic?
The gauge in the instrument panel rises as it warms up & sits at just below 80Deg.
