citroen GRAND PICASSO C4 2015 diesel 2.0 Hdi with two technical problems

Hi every one,
I have citroen GRAND PICASSO C4 2015 diesel 2.0 Hdi with two technical problems:

1. The first issue is that the start & Stop system suddenly stop working, when there is a sign of a clock near the "eco" image.
You can see an example with a picture number 1 foR that problem.
Is anyone know what the is the sign of the clock next to the ECO and why the system is trying to get into action, but it is not working in the end ?

2. the second issue, that not always happing, is when I try to shift between gear D TO R or the opposite and than I'm getting a three different errors on the dashboard that do not allow me to immediately enter to gear D but only after a few seconds.
For example, here are the three images (3-5) according to the order on the dashbord.

In both problems I visited an authorized garage that checked the system with a scanner and found no problem.
They also checked the battery and also here… everything is normal.
Does anyone come across such a situation and know the solution to these problems?

Ok, the first one is easy. That 'clock' will have either a '1' or a '2' or nothing displayed. It represents the trip computer. You can record Trip 1, Trip 2 or when nothing is shown, as in your first picture, that is for the 'instantaneous' fuel economy figures. It has nothing to do with the Stop / Start system

In order for the Stop / Start system to be active - certain conditions have to be net - battery charge in the capacitor, number of Stop / Starts within a given distance / time, whether temperature in the cabin needs the Air conditioning on to maintain the temperature, etc. etc. there are lots of technical reasons why it can be temporarily disabled by the computer.

As for your other problems: The Anti roll back fault means the the ESP system which controls the electronic parking brake has disabled advanced functions (like hill start assist on a manual / or anti roll back as it is called on the automatics I believe - which will be symptomatic of the gearbox fault. Can you post up the VIN so we can determine exact specifications and options fitted please.

The gearbox fault will be registered in the BSI as a fault, and a Citroen dealer will be able to recall the fault code. There is definitely a problem with the gearbox though and that should be the priority for you.

The clock in one shows how long the engine has been stopped in the current journey.

about the clock of the Stop / Start system...
In the past the clock didn't show up, and since then the system won't active.
I already know about the basic conditions in order the system will be active, but somehow since this clock was shows, the stop & start don’t works for me…

The stop start probably will not work while you have that gearbox fault as a safety precaution. Don't get hung upon that 'clock', the ECO light to the left tells you the status of the system:

When it is lit green, it means the system has put the engine into STOP mode.
The ECO goes OFF when the engine has started and you start to move off.
If it Flashes for a while and then goes off, then either Automatic mode has started, or it is temporarily unavailable.

If there is a fault with the Stop Start system, the separate physical ECO button fill flash and become permanently lit.

Gearbox error , hill assist error, electric barking brake error.
Struggle to shift between P, R,N,D
only in the morning start, during the all day use is working perfectly
### All This happens after my battery dead and change it with a new one
Any ideas to fix this problem

When you changed the battery did you replace it with an identical one ? Did you follow any procedures when disconnecting the old battery and when fitting the new one - if not odd electrical problems can occur and then trying a bsi reset may help.
