2011 C5 1.6 HDI misfire
First post here, so hello, of course looking for help, My C5 was driving fine last night, went to move it this morning and its sounds as if its only firing on 3 cylinders, It had 4 new injectors last March and has been perfect since. No lights and my code reader says no codes but I do get a misfire message. Any help welcome, TIA

Hi, and
to the Forum. What kind of code reader did you use? Most of the generic code readers struggle with PSA cars. The Lexia system can handle Citroens and Peugeots.

You’ll probably find your code reader isn’t able to read the BSI properly. There are a lot of constructor codes that cannot be read with generic readers to be honest.
The best thing you could do is get it properly read by Diagbox, then post any codes up here.

A Lexia kit, which will do all PSA cars (Citroen, Peugeot & DS), so an investment if you intend having any of these cars. Not cheap but slightly more than the cost of a diagnostic at the dealer. You'll need a laptop with ideally with Windows 7 32 Bit too.
