My BX has a wind noise from the left rear door if I am driving and a window is lowered - more pressure in car seems to push door out from the rubber.
I have loosened door catch to see if it can be moved in or out but does not seem to move. When I push on the outside of the door it can be moved easily inwards a few millimetres.
Are BX rear door catches adjustable?

Indeed it can be adjusted [:)]
Think what you have seen is the backplate with threads is sticking.
Try wind the catch/screw out a bit - then tap on it to free the backplate. You may try one of the other doors - just to get the feeling of how it should be. The catch would clearly have marked the paint - should be easy reseating it.
The doors should be flush at lower/middle panel - countersunk in frame upper.
If the door seems countersunk lower/middle to get the door tight - then you're facing a rubberlist wear problem.
