C5 Service Counter disappeared ??

Hi !
New member asking for help ! It seems, that my service counter has disappeared after having the car serviced at a local garage ! Before I had service made, I could see the remaining km. until service by pressing the "CHECK" button Now it only says "No Fault" The service counter should give me a message after 30.000 km, but nothing appeared -no wrench, no yellow light
After changing oil and filters, I tried resetting the counter by holding the "000" trip reset button and turn on the ignition Nothing happens ! Any good ideas or advice ??
I have Diagbox 7.57, and it doesn't shoe any error messages

Ok, so you will NOT get service due information if the distance before the next maintenance is greater than 3000 km. So it is working correctly as intended, as you have reset the maintenance interval.

Conditions	Result
Distance Before Next Service Greater Than 3 000 km	When the ignition is switched on, no service information appears on the display
1 000 km to 3 000 km remain before the next service is due	The distance recorder display line indicates the number of kilometres remaining before the next service
Distance before next service less than 1 000 km	5 seconds after the ignition is switched on; The distance recorder resumes its normal operation. The spanner remains on to indicate that a service must be carried out shortly
Servicing interval exceeded	For 5 seconds after the ignition is switched on, the spanner flashes to indicate that the service must be carried out without delay

So you will only get the warning when the service is due when there is between 1000 to 3000 KM remaining.

Also, the procedure to reset the maintenance is missing some steps as you have listed it.

To reset the maintenance interval, you need to do the following:

• Switch off the ignition then turn the key to the steering lock position "S"
• Press and hold the service indicator zero reset button (button 'b' in the diagram above)
• Switch on the ignition: The service spanner and a countdown from 10 to 0 are displayed on the instrument panel screen
• Maintain the pressure on the service indicator zero reset button until the countdown 0 appears and the service spanner disappears
• Switch off the ignition or release the zero reset button
