Citroen C4 front heater fan not working

Hi folks I am new to the forum so please forgive me for any stupid questions!
I have just aquired a C4 Picasso Exclusive 2008 with automatic air conditioning individually adjustable for front and rear passengers.
The heater fan is not working in the front - works fine in the back. I have checked the fuses as far as the handbook allows and all seems OK. I assume that there must be individual fans for the front and back but may be wrong!
I would be grateful for any suggestions before I start going down blind alleys, thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome
Afraid I'm not much use on modern Citroens like yours, but this is a very friendly forum and it has a vast knowledge base that enabled me to run my Xantia as personal transport for years after it would otherwise have been stacked and cubed.
Somebody who knows will doubtless be along shortly...

Hello all my heater fan on a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso has stopped working. I have managed to remove the facia with great difficulty being a bit arthritic please can you advise what to do next. Thanks

Welcome Bob, I think that you should also post your VIN, so that we know which variant of system we are working with. Have you checked the fuses or done any other diagnostics?
