The driver of the Volvo Estate must've had his/her patience sorely tested during that interminable process.

If that had been me I would of been so stressed waiting, I probably would of got out and picked the flipping car up with all the adrenalin and pointed it in the right direction. Either that or shot myself waiting.

Mind you, look how badly parked the other cars are. At least three are taking up two spaces.

I'm not sure those are properly marked out spaces. Just look at the width of the two top spaces on the right, they don't line up with the two lower spaces. And that brings up another thing, why is there no central aisle marked up for driving in and out on?

it looks like the white car that’s the culprit, the others just parked next to it, but I suspect the white car owner knew the blue one and gave it a wide berth!

However odd the (bricked) marking is, and with the other cars parked as they have, if the blue car driver couldn't get out of there in just two moves, they really shouldn't be behind a wheel. [-X
I watched this in disbelief.

That's the bottom line. There was a huuuuuuge amount of space to manoeuvre in. Reverse and drive out. That should have been it.
