Recently acquired 2011, 5008 Pug, when weather got warm found a/c didn't work.
Initially identified problem with compressor, had that replaced and system filled by professional!!
When we had some further warm weather found out a/c still not working, a/c guy came back out and identified that the compressor clutch was not engaged, provided direct volts to check clutch worked, OK. he then checked for fault code and found one stating that the clutch voltage was missing. he was then lost.
As car is still fairly new to me I have not yet found my way around it and not had problems with a/c before, any ideas please?

Re: 5008 a/c not working
You really need to get the fault codes read with a Diagbox/Lexia (the tool the dealers use), as generic readers do not understand all of the PSA fault codes.
In general, any minor engine fault will cause the engine ECU to tell the BSI not to engage the compressor clutch. As an example, on our 308 (different engine) the A/C was disabled because the engine ECU detected a faulty cooling system thermostat heater (yes there is one of those).
You could get the faults read at a dealer, or a PSA specialist garage, or maybe there is a member here who can help. There is a Lexia-equipped member list here.
