ZX headlining removal.

Hi Folks,

How easy is it to remove the above? I did it years ago on the other ZX I had but I'm damned if I remember what I need to do.

I guess the grab handles, sun visors and central parts - lights and switches need to come off, and the door seals have to be pulled down, but is anything sealed or glued? Who has done this - any tips? (Jim?)

I need to get it down as the sunroof requires an overhaul.
