Hello, hoping somebody has had this issue before.
When I go to start the van the temp gauge goes to over temp and won’t allow the van to run. It’s been in the garage for 2 days and they cannot seem to find the issue? Has anybody had this issue before ? As I don’t want to be buying part after part for them not to be the issue!.
2010 Citroen relay 2.2 hdi
Note: the van doesn’t start/drive due to it.
Thanks in advance
Dan

Hi, and
to the French Car Forum. While I am unable to help you directly on this problem I will provide a link to all forum members who have a Lexia clone. This can properly read the ECUs in a PSA vehicle, and let you know what error codes it has found;

A diagnostic would be helpful, but from researching on your symptoms alone, this is likely to be a relay problem. Do you have a VIN as there are a trillion versions of the Relay - I might be able to track down the ones to check.B12rky wrote: ↑11 May 2018, 10:40Hello, hoping somebody has had this issue before.

Ok, so here are all the fuses and relays with location and designation - as best as I can replicate them here. Bear in mind you may need somebody with the S1279 add-on module for Lexia when diagnosing the Van as it has the Ford Puma Engine - but I can't say for sure.
At least you'll be able to check the relays are working from the info below I hope.
