205/70r15 on C5II?

Post by Axa »

Is it possible to use 205/70-15 on a C5 (break)?
They should be legal with only just above 4% larger then the original 215/55r16 size.
I prefere 15" since we have plenty of bad roads around here wich is a shaky ride on 205/60r16 wich seems to still give plenty of room in the wheel arches.
Just had another of several expensive xenon bulbs broken most likely due to harsh road vibrations..

205/70/15 on the car. Significant improvement in ride comfort over sharp edges and potholes. No rubbing. And imoh it looks better with the wheel wells filled up a bit more..
