Hi all
Anyone had this happen, is this normal?
Mk2 Xantia in the garage with a flat battery, it’s been in there a few weeks.
Charged up and took for a run then went to lock car using the key, but it wouldn’t lock. Went round to the passenger side and realised the other doors were locked, when unlocking that door everything was back to normal.
Now thinking back to when I first went to the car I was surprised that the drivers door was unlocked.
Question, when the battery dies does the drivers door unlock?

Re: Flat battery locking
To be honest, given how complex the electronic systems are, all manner of things can go awry as the voltage drops.
At least it hasn't decided to lock itself in the garage - with the keys in, have seen that happen before!
