P filter add level low

Hello i got this citroen berlingo 2016 engine code 9H06 Vin number
VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].i got this message on the screen P filter add level low.
i removed the filter today near the rear right wheel , and bought the
EOLYS POWERFLEX from the dealer and put it into the filter 1 liter bottle.
after that i started the engine and the message P filter add level low still on. i used wow 5.00.8 and try to clear the code on pollution .refill additive but the computer said it is OK, but the error from the screen
is still on.

can you please help me to clear the screen ?

You can't clear the code as such, you need a proper tool to reset the additive counter. It is recommended that you need Diagbox to do this, or take it to the dealer to get them to reset it for you if you don't have Diagbox. I can't help you with the particular tool you mentioned - but you could try contacting the makers for instructions if they have said it can do this.
